All of the Teen Glamour Models that appear on TrueTeenBabes do so with the full written permission of their parent(s) or legal guardian. Copies of those Parental Permission Agreements and Model Release forms are on file at the office of photographer / publisher Group Five Photosports.

The images within this publication are no different than those found in magazines at your local grocery store, including the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition, Maxim, FHM, Gear, Jane and others -- all of which have featured models under the age of 18 at one time or another in strikingly similar photographs.

This publication does not contain full nudity, any type of child pornography, or "sexually explicit conduct" as defined within the Federal Law concerning Child Pornography. It is no closer to the legal limits than books available at your local Barnes & Noble bookstore.

Furthermore, because the free speech & expression exhibited by this publication, our photographer and our models is "neither obscene, nor the product of sexual abuse, it does not fall outside the protection of the First Amendment" (Quoting the United States Supreme Court in the case known as Ashcroft v. Free Speech Coalition 122 S.CT 1389).

That is the law, as set down in April of 2002 by the United States Supreme Court. Clearly the entire content of this Internet publication are protected speech.

We further reserve the right to terminate, without notice, credit or refund, the subscription of an indivudal or entity who disputes a valid credit card or account charge, without first inquiring with our subscriber services personel.

We further reserve the right to terminate, without notice, credit or refund, the subscription of an indivudal or entity who attempts to contact a TrueTeenBabes model, staff member or employee outside the confines of this website. This includes attempting to contact models on Myspace.com, by instant messenger or other means.

By subscribing here you hereby acknowledge that TrueTeenBabes uses security software to prevent hacking and password trading. If your username and password have been used by three different computers, ISPs or IP addresses within a 60 minute period it will be shut off temporarily (5 days minimum).
